Relax and enjoy our peaceful home

We have been running a small, homely and welcoming bed and breakfast in Leamington Spa for the past 13 years. We have one double, one twin and one single room. Our accommodation is quiet, informal and comfortable and provides excellent value for money. We are centrally located in Warwickshire and in close proximity to many of the attractions and venues of the Midlands. Breakfast is prepared to your specification from fresh produce and any special dietary requirements will be graciously catered for. We can also provide an evening meal by arrangement. All guests are free to make use of our delightful garden which has a private patio.
