Our double en-suite room is quietly situated on the ground floor overlooking our large rear garden and bird table. Light and airy, and with its own door to the garden, the bedroom has TV and drink making facilities. The en-suite bathroom has toilet, washbasin and shower with large towels, quality toiletries and hairdryer provided.

There is parking space on the drive or roadside at the front of the house.

A comfortable twin room with shared bathroom (on the first floor) can sometimes be made available for guest use. This has TV and drink making facilities. Large towels and quality toiletries are provided.

Please note that this is a non smoking household

Deposit

To confirm your booking, a deposit of the first night’s payment will be required.

Payment can be made by cheque, payable to J Poultney. Sorry, no card payments.  The balance to be paid before departure by cheque or cash.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation we will endeavour to re-let the room for all of the nights which have been booked, and if successful we will refund the deposit less a £5 administration fee.  However if we cannot  re-let the room for all of the nights booked, then the deposit will be forfeit and the client will be liable for any losses incurred by us.  We therefore strongly recommend that you take out some form of travel insurance against any unforseen circumstances which may prevent you from taking your stay with us.

Arrival

Arrival time is usually between 5pm & 7pm - please let us know if you need to arrive at a different time and we will do our best to meet your needs.
